A leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a RICS registered valuation surveyor for their expanding team based in Exeter.
We are seeking a candidate with ideally have a minimum of 2 year’s post qualified experience to join this team. You will have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve the valuation of commercial premises including office, industrial, retail assets and include residential development using residual valuation report work.
The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor working for a competing firm, however candidates looking to relocate to Devon will be strongly considered.
The mix of clients include specialist funds and investors as well as other leading corporate organisations. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm based in Bristol. On offer is salary range of between £35,000 – £50,000 + Excellent benefits and bonus.
