They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in retail, education and residential schemes to join the team. You will need to have good pre and post contract experience and be able to carry out feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, cost plans, tenders as well as contract administration and all post contract duties. You will be confident and experienced in managing junior members of staff and reporting directly to the Client. Ideally MRICS but will consider non-chartered professionals.
