Beach Baker are working on behalf of a prestigious construction consultancy to recruit for a Senior (MRICS) Quantity Surveyor to become part of their established cost consultancy team in Birmingham.
Project sectors include retail, education, healthcare, commercial and local-authority, and projects typically have contract values up to £25m.
Role responsibilities will include:
- Accurate cost planning and subsequent reporting to clients
- Project Management
- Preparing tender documentation
- Client management and negotiation, in order to build and maintain strong relationships
Experience:
You will have experience working as an MRICS Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant at ideally pre- and post-contract stages, primarily within a consultancy environment.
