Senior/MRICS Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham

A prestigious firm has instructed Beach Baker to recruit an MRICS Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Birmingham office.

The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be joining a highly successful team working on projects within a variety of sectors, and so the ideal candidate will have substantial cost management experience on projects from initiation through to post-contract stages.

The post-holder will be MRICS and ideally currently working within a PQS environment. You will also have in-depth knowledge of traditional contracts including JCT.
