Senior Estates Surveyor – Not for Profit (6 month Contract)

Beach Baker are delighted to have been retained to source a Senior Estates Surveyor, on behalf of a not-for-profit in South Wales.

The role will involve undertaking a real variety of General Practice work, including; estate management, landlord and tenant negotiations, CPO and some disposals/acquisitions. You will take full responsibility for managing the estate management case work in South Wales, whilst managing the organisations own property portfolio, providing estates advice to the wider business as required.

The successful candidate will also contribute in leading the estates team, developing the team currently made up of two Estates Surveyors and one Estates Administrator. This is a key appointment and will involve acting as the representative on all estate matters in South Wales, working with the Estates team to respond to external enquiries.

It is anticipated, the successful candidate will have their MRICS, whilst being CAAV qualified is desirable. Demonstrable Estate management and CPO experience is also expected, along with sound landlord and tenant experience. Although this is an intrim post, it could lead to a permanent contract.
