Senior Estate Management Surveyor – South Coast

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Senior Estate Management Surveyor, on behalf of a public sector organisation. Based on the South coast and working in an Estates team, the remit includes managing a number of commercial assets, including plenty of transactional work. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role, initially, to cover maternity leave.

Reporting into the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for leading the Estate Management function for specific projects; managing dilapidation costs, head lease restructuring to deliver capital receipts and lead in L&T matters. It is paramount the successful candidate delivers a comprehensive and professional Estate Management Service for the organisation, using sound commercial judgements to achieve this.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a demonstrable Estates Management background who is looking for flexibility in a Fixed Term Contract. MRICS is preferred but not essential.
