This company, established over 10-years ago, has heavily invested in the Birmingham office and have grown rapidly in the past 12-months. They pride themselves on their flat management structure where you will have direct access to the senior partners and owners of the business. As a result, they have a great family feel and non-corporate working environment which makes it a very exciting place to work.
The successful candidate will be the second in command in a small team leading projects up to the value of £70m. To be considered for this role you must have experience in delivering multi-million pound projects from inception to completion with a minimum of three years’ experience with professional membership such as MRICS, MCIOB or similar.
