Working for this independent firm of multidisciplinary Chartered Surveyors covering Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and surrounding areas you will work with/manage a growing portfolio of rural practice work.

The remit for the role is broad and will mould around the level of experience demonstrated by interested parties. The role would suit someone from recently qualified all the way through to Partner level.

What is essential as part of the role is the applicant has experience in one or multiple of the following.

  • Valuation
  • Basic Payment Scheme
  • Rural planning & development
  • Renewable energy
  • Landlord & tenant
  • Utility infrastructure schemes & compensation
  • Telecommunications
  • Property management
  • Agri-business consultancy

The valuation of rural property will be an important aspect of the position and applicants will ideally have a strong background in this area and a willingness to take a lead role in the provision of valuation services.
