Retail Property Manager (Associate Director)

A niche independent property consultancy is looking for a Retail Property Manager to work in the northern office based in Central Manchester at Associate Director level.

As the Retail Property Manager, the primary focus will be overseeing the management of 3 shopping centres. This will involve the following: –

• Regular inspections
• Set service charges for multi tenanted properties
• Liaise with all stakeholders (Contractors, Accounts, Facility Managers, Landlords, Tenants & Solicitors)
• Advise clients on asset enhancement schemes

In order to be considered you WILL: –

• A good understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
• Have overseen the management of multi tenanted buildings
• Hold prior shopping centre property management experience
