RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR – PART-TIME/CONTRACT CHICHESTER
A successful local firm requires an additional residential valuation surveyor to joins its busy team.
As a Chartered Residential Valuation Surveyor you will undertake Mortgage Valuation work to support the UK’s leading lenders and will be a qualified (preferably 1 years+ post qualification) RICS Member and Registered Valuer and will carry out both private and panel based residential valuations, as well as Homebuyer Reports.
This firm is looking to recruit a permanent employee but also has a more flexible role where they are able to provide work on a part-time or freelance basis to surveyors who wish to enjoy a more variable working schedule.
The firm offers a competitive salary and your work will be within a 25 mile radius of Chichester. They offer a generous incentive package; mileage allowance and a great variety of work.
