Residential Property Manager – Bristol

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Residential Property Manager, on behalf of a well-respected firm in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be joining an established team, within the Property Management department. This is a newly created role, due to expansion and an increase in requirements from a client base across the South West. You’ll be focusing on residential service charge management, of a high profile residential portfolio, working closely with other members of the team, offering a first-class asset management service.

Furthermore, there will be service charge block management work to be undertaken, on several mixed-use assets and supervising additional outsourced management contracts. Also, part of the role will be lessee notification and s.20 consultation, regarding major works contracts.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will be AIRPM or Assoc RICS, with proven Residential Management experience. On offer is a remuneration package, demonstrable with the candidate’s experience.
