This position is to be based in Essex and wold be to join a well-regarded and successful private equity business, with offices in Mayfair, Southend and the US.
Predominantly based in the Southend office, this role requires an able and experienced, qualified lawyer with experience working in the property sector.
You will be required to work as part of a small team, including one other lawyer, two para legal’s and a legal secretary. You will be required to work though Lease Disputes, Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation.
This role is looking for a permanent appointment although, the role does offer flexible working and would consider possibility of a jobshare with a pro rata salary.
