Regional Surveyor – South/South West

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Regional Estate Surveyor on behalf of an operator of niche assets on a national basis.

Operating over 500 assets Nationally, they are arguably the leading provider within this sector and with an acquisitive mindset, have a requirement for an Estate Manager to complement this.

Working within a dedicated property team, the post holder will oversee all Estate Management matters, providing management advice, undertaking landlord and tenant work on all lease events. You will also be responsible for dealing with Property Management issues and liaising with the operational team on obtaining consents. You will also need to be commercially minded, maximising rental increases on the occupational portfolio, as well as capital receipts on all Property deals.

Reporting into the Senior Regional Surveyor, the role is autonomous, balancing the commercial activities of an occupier with the operational activities on the portfolio. It is anticipated the successful candidate will have at least three years of Property/Estate Management experience of managing commercial assets, within an occupier or fee earning role.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
