Beach Baker are working with a consultancy in Scotland that are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to be based from Edinburgh. You will be working on schemes within highways, bridges, infrastructure, environmental, rail, frameworks and special works so demonstrable relevant experience is required.
We are seeing candidates who are ideally MRICS working within a PQS environment however non-qualified candidates will be considered with relevant sector experience. The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree (RICS accredited). You will also have an in-depth knowledge of traditional type contracts including JCT and/or NEC3 suite of contracts with good post contract skills.
