Due to continued growth our client is seeking Quantity Surveyors with demonstrable experience of working within a similar environment. Location of work is Manchester city centre and support will be provided to become chartered. You will be working in a close knit team providing cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out works to commercial, retail and educational buildings. You will also be undertaking valuations and managing cost variances during the whole construction stage. There are refurbishments as well as new build projects undertaken from minor works to very large scale.
You will have a Quantity Surveying degree (minimum 2:1), RICS accredited.
