Due to continued growth our client is seeking Quantity Surveyors with at least 2 yearws’ working experience within a similar environment. Also applicants with a little more experience should also apply.
Location of work is around Manchester city centre and support will be provided to become chartered. You will be providing cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out works to commercial buildings. Undertake valuations and manage cost variances during the construction stage.
You will have a Quantity Surveying degree (minimum 2:1), RICS accredited.
