Quantity Surveyor – Client Side – Manchester

Beach Baker are seeking ambitious Quantity Surveyors for a client side opportunity in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-regarded firm and gain support for continuing professional development.

Due to continued growth our client is seeking Quantity Surveyors with 2 to 5 years’ experience to join their team. You will be working in a close knit team providing cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out works to commercial, retail, residential and educational buildings. You will also be undertaking valuations and managing cost variances during the whole construction stage. There are refurbishments as well as new build projects undertaken from minor works to very large scale.

You will have a Quantity Surveying degree (minimum 2:1), RICS accredited.

This role is quite unique and offers opportunities to get involved in traditional PQS activities. Location of projects tends to be in the North West but could involve some travel and working with other offices.
