Property Management Surveyor – Leading Practice

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit for a leading practice, on behalf of their Birmingham office.

Based within their Management team this represents a good opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor, up to Senior Surveyor level to manage a Grade A portfolio, made up of Industrial sheds and Retail Assets. Much of the work will be on behalf of a Pension Fund, as well as a basket of smaller clients, including local trusts. You will be expected to manage each asset effectively, dealing with day to day management issues, providing a first class Property Management service.

You will be expected to hold a RICS accredited degree, with at least 12 months of commercial Property Management experience. Candidates already MRICS will also be considered.
