Working for this leading independent Property Consultancy with a base in Bristol, a role has been identified for a qualified surveyor within the property and asset management team. The property and asset management team are highly regarded in the industry and handle some market leading and household names. Key to this organisations growth is their training and development with a significant proportion of their hierarchy growing organically through the business.

The role of Property & Asset management surveyor will encompass all aspects of management predominately working a range of office and industrial properties in the Bristol / Gloucester / Swindon / Exeter / Cardiff area. The successful candidate is expected to have experience in the management of multi let offices and to be a good communicator, be self-motivated and have a good eye for detail.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of a number of commercial properties, working closely with property management accounts, facilities management team and building consultancy teams. You will also work with external consultants on M&E matters.

The successful candidate will be a qualified MRICS surveyor with demonstrable property management experience. You will have proven track record and knowledge of L&T law.
