A leading local consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to help it attract a qualified Property Manager to its modern office in Southampton.
The successful candidate will provide a range of property services, including day to day management, overseeing maintaining income levels on the portfolio (including provision of budgets, financial reports, year-end accounting services), offering L&T advice, etc.
The firm manages portfolios across a range of property sectors and the focus of this role is commercial property and candidates must be able to exhibit strong commercial property management experience.
