Working for a leading Property Consultancy in Bristol as Surveyor/Senior Surveyor, you will be tasked to work on 3 household name retail portfolios. The role reports to AD and Director so support is there but ultimately you will manage your own portfolio of properties with direct client communications.
The role will encompass non-trading entities protecting existing asset value, reducing property costs and capturing value enhancement opportunities.

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified with post qualification experience. You will also have demonstrable property management experience.
