Property Director – Wiltshire

Beach Baker are delighted to have been exclusively instructed to recruit for a Property Director, based in Wiltshire. The firm are a niche practice and own a commercially biased portfolio, spread across Wiltshire, Bristol and South Wales. Assets under management are made up of a variety of Retail, Industrial and Office premises, with tenants raging from local individual businesses to large corporates and government bodies.

The current post holder is looking to step away from the business and as a result is looking to recruit a Surveyor capable of Property and Asset managing the portfolio of Assets, as well as sourcing investments and dealing with Acquisitions and Disposals.

There will also be a small team to manage, including a number of support staff.

This organisation encourages development and progression and supports its employees in providing an autonomous working environment. This ensures an employee can manage their workload and push for growth.

This senior level appointment will require a Surveyor capable of working autonomously, ensuring cash flow and investments are aligned to increase the value of the assets under management. Ideally the successful candidate will live in Wiltshire or have a desire to relocate there. We are also looking for a negotiator and someone with an eye for Investments which can increase asset value. You will also be MRICS qualified, with at least 5 years PQE experience.
