Property Asset Manager (Client side), Norfolk, Up to £45,000 + car allowance

A farming and real estate investment company is seeking a Property Asset Manager to manage and enhance its property portfolio and property management capability.

Working on the national portfolio, consisting primarily of tenanted residential houses (to include a number of prime residential dwellings) but also includes a number of commercial assets.

The Property Manager will work alongside the Development and Finance Directors and will be responsible for both the day-to-day running of the portfolio as well as upgrading the in-house property management function. This is a ‘hands on’ asset management role where the individual will liaise directly with the tenants, prepare and control budgets, oversee capital and refurbishment projects and shape the design of new processes and systems for the property management function.

The role would suit an seasoned Property Manager with a strong residential background and previous experience of new process implementation.
