Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client, a highly respected property consultancy, is looking for a Project Manager/Employer’s Agent to join one of their offices in Welwyn Garden City. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm that specialise in delivering a focused service to clients across the UK.

Established over 40 years ago, they offer cost management and project management services across a variety of different sectors, including Commercial, Leisure, Education, Mixed Use and Historic Buildings. They also carry out technical auditing and appraisal work, insurance valuations and offer a dispute resolution service.

Due to continuing growth, they are now looking for a Project Manager/Employer’s Agent to further enhance their current team. As Project Manager/Employer’s Agent, you will report directly into the Partner, contributing your experience to the team and company’s direction. This is a great opportunity for an Employer’s Agent or Project Manager to get involved in some lucrative projects ranging in value from £2 million to £50 million.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years relevant experience working with a consultancy, with full technical ability and up to date knowledge. In addition, you will have wide experience in new building construction types and numeracy skills.
