A leading construction consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Project Manager within their growing and highly profitable office.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with drive and ability to deliver projects in the Commercial, Education, Health and Defence sectors. Your daily tasks will involve project support, project management, property asset management, supply chain management, contract negotiation, value engineering, quality control and performance monitoring.
To be considered for this role you must have a relevant construction degree with a post graduate or professional qualification in project management delivery such as PRINCE2, MSP, MAPM or MRICS. My client will also consider a strong Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience. You must also have experience in delivering projects from inception to completion with a minimum of three years’ experience leading teams in the public and private sectors.
