Beach Baker are pleased to be recruiting a Project Manager for the Devon office of a niche and reputable property consultancy, who have offices within London and the South West.
This company, established 10-years ago, mainly work with clients in the private sector such leading property developers with a combined project value of over £70m in Devon working on some of the biggest schemes in the region. They also employ a flat management structure and non-corporate working environment within their offices, which is unusual within a growing company such as this.
The appointed candidate will have at least 3-years of project management experience and have professional membership (ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM). This role will require a candidate with managerial expertise and an eye for detail, who is confident in overseeing the life-cycle of a project. Furthermore, our client is happy to consider experienced candidates from either a Building Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor background, who are keen to transition in to core Project Management.
