Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + package and benefits.

Our client, a market leading Construction and Property Consultancy, is looking for a Project manager to join their central London office. One of the largest independent practices of their kind, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well established project consultancy team.

This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager who is MRICS qualified, getting involved in a number of other commercial projects and will therefore need strong commercial awareness to deliver project management services to their national client base.

As Project Manager you will undertake refurbishment and development projects, particularly with Commercial clients from both independent and wider sectors. Due to the nature of the role you may have undertake Building Surveying work to complement the Project Management work.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified and have 3 years’ experience, with strong contract administration experience, and sound knowledge of building contracts. You will be efficient in delivery of projects with a great eye for generating new business.
