Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + package and benefits.

This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager who is an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor, working particularly in the Education sector, however you will also be involved in a number of other commercial projects and will therefore need strong commercial awareness to deliver project management services to our national client base.

As Project Manager you will undertake refurbishment and development projects, particularly within Education and Commercial clients from both independent and wider sectors. Due to the nature of the role you will have to undertake Building Surveying work to complement the Project Management work.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified and have 3 years’ experience, with strong contract administration experience, and sound knowledge of building contracts. You will be efficient in delivery of projects with a great eye for generating new business.
