Project Manager (Associate or Senior level) – Leading Practice

A leading multi-disciplinary practice has recently appointed Beach Baker to recruit a Project Manager within their growing Bristol office.

An experienced, Project Manager, ideally with experience working on a range of projects up to £25M in value is required to join one of biggest and most successful Project Management teams in the South West. The role will mainly involve working with investors, occupiers, lenders and developer clients working on projects in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors.

To be considered for the role you must have a minimum for four years’ experience delivering projects either from a project management, building surveying or quantity surveying background. It will also be an advantage to have Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) although this is not essential.
