Project Manager – Commercial

£42,000 – £46,000 + package

An exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Project Manager to join a growing consultancy, who are leading the way in the commercial market.

You will be working on a mixture of new build industrial units and office refurbishments / fitting-out projects for high profile clients.

This job is for you if:

• You are motivated, strategic and personable
• You are client-facing with good communication skills
• You can cover client meetings on your own, or better still, experience leading meetings
• You have successfully delivered the whole project or a large element of it

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years’ consultancy experience, with a commercial (or heritage) project background
• A degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management (or a similar discipline)
