Planner / Senior Planner – Manchester

A leading national consultancy has recently retained Beach Baker to search for a new Planner or Senior Planner to join their Manchester based team.

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading pure planning consultancies to work closely with the directors across a wide variety of developments that include residential, commercial, retail, and mixed use developments. These include an enviable list of clients consisting of land owners, developers, property companies and large corporates, therefore a solid background in local planning policies in the North West as well as excellent written and verbal communication is a must.

We are ideally looking for people who are fully MRTPI qualified or are on the cusp of qualifying, with several years of experience, ideally within a private planning consultancy. We will however look at candidates from a local authority or developer background, what is important is that they have a commercial mindset, seek autonomy and have a desire to progress through their career.
