An international property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a junior Office Agent to join their growing office and team based in Bristol. This property consultancy operates across all property disciplines and have an outstanding mix of international, national, and regional clients.
The successful candidate will need to ideally have some experience in agency and be a minimum of surveyor level, or 20 months into their APC and with desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
The role will involve working with a leading Office Agency team with an excellent reputation and top list of stock across the region. The successful applicant will have an understanding of commercial acquisition and disposal work, to include experience in negotiating, dealing directly with clients, viewing buildings, managing the deal process from under offer to completion of contracts, assisting with pitches and supporting the directors on larger transactions as well as dealing with the schedules and other agency written tranacational work.
You will need to be able to foster and develop excellent client and market relationships with your peers as well as continue to progress the office and team profile. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and contribute to fee, billing and profit targets. You will also need to undertake and record the requisite amount of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and support the many social activities associated with working for a leading agency team in the region.
