Established in 2008 our client have focused on three core sectors; urban regeneration, education and healthcare, projects tend to range up to the value of £25m.
Our client operates from multiple offices in the UK and are now looking to add to thier current team in Birmingham and also have plans to establlish offices in Manchester & Leeds over the next 2 years.
The ideal candidate would have a track record of project delivery, experience within urban regen, education and healthcare would be beneficial but our client will consider those without such background. There would be elements of business development to the role. Our client is keen to meet those who can take more of a strategic approach to the role and help the business grow rather than simply delivering schemes. The ideal candidates would be MRICS qualified.
Salary £50,000 – £70,000 + Car & Bonus Package
