Beach Baker are working with a well-known independent regional consultancy who are seeking an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor to add to their team.

The firm have a multi-disciplinary offering and their strong regional presence ensures repeat business for their building consultancy team. Sectors worked in include industrial, healthcare, retail and office. The workload will include a range of professional surveying (including dilapidations) and project work, therefore you must be confident with providing the full range of building surveying.

• Confident in providing the full range of building surveying, including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and party walls
• Client-facing, ideally with a strong profile in the Nottinghamshire market
