Would you like to join a large and well-respected international consultancy and become a vital part of their expanding building surveying team? Are you an MRICS Building Surveyor with consultancy experience?
My client is ideally looking for a recently qualified (MRICS) Building Surveyor, who is commercially minded and keen to complete a mixture of project and professional work for a variety of clients. This includes those within the office, retail and leisure sectors, working on projects between the values of £1 million – £30 million.
The firm have an excellent pipeline of work for 2021/22 and consequently the ideal candidate will be motivated, ambitious and keen to progress within this established company.
You will have/be:
- MRICS
- BSc Building Surveying
- Substantial experience within a commercial consultancy
- Ideally experience with both professional building surveying and PM work
You will be reporting into the Director of Building Consultancy and therefore have a direct line of contact with management.
On offer is a very competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 (dependent on experience), bonus (signed off by the Director), car allowance/car, pension (up to 12% employer contribution), life assurance, private healthcare, 25 days annual leave and paid subs.
