MRICS Building Surveyor – Sheffield

Beach Baker are excited to be working with a leading consultancy with offices in core cities in the UK. They are now seeking a chartered Surveyor to be based in Sheffield, reporting to senior management.

The appointed Chartered Surveyor will be an instrumental figure in the Building Surveying team in Sheffield. We are seeking someone who is chartered and has a strong, client facing commercial background and acumen. There is a clear and defined career path in place and this will suit someone looking to join a sociable and busy team.

The team provides the full range of Building Surveying services, from surveys of a single asset to portfolios, dilapidations, project monitoring, management and contract administration, insurance RCAs, design and specification writing for internal and external projects, PMPs, party wall, principle designer, measured surveys and schedules of condition and BREAAM related instructions.
