Beach Baker is delighted to be retained by a well-known and long-established private estate who care for over 15,000 hectares of land in England and Wales.
You will be part of a small projects team and be responsible for covering projects in Staffordshire and Cheshire and will report into the office in Lancashire. You will be delivering major construction projects across the estate, such as maintenance, repair, conservation and capital investment schemes. You will also work closely with external consultants and monitor their work to ensure that a high standard of customer-focused professional services is provided.
The successful candidate will have a construction-related degree, with ideally some experience working on conservation/heritage projects. Above all, your desire to continually learn and advise others is of crucial importance.
This position offers a competitive salary of between £40,000 – £48,000 + benefits.
