MRICS Building Surveyor – expanding consultancy – Birmingham

Beach Baker are seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor for the Birmingham office of a growing consultancy.

The firm:

This market-leading company are becoming increasingly established in the market, and now operate in a variety of offices throughout the UK. Their clients include agents, developers, investors and occupiers, and they work on a wide variety of projects across a variety of sectors.

The candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a confident, driven individual, who is MRICS with a Building Surveying degree, or equivalent.

Skills will include:

• Professional work (building surveys, party wall advice and expert witness services, dilapidations etc)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Full and clean driving license
• Client-facing

Remuneration:
