Loan Advisory Analyst, Canary Wharf, Up to £42,000 pa

An international real estate advisory house is seeking a Loan Advisory Analyst to join the established team to work at the London headquarters based in Canary Wharf.

As the Loan Advisory Analyst, you will be responsible for servicing Non Performing Loans, preparing client reports and overseeing cash management.

This will involve

• Management of current loans on loan servicing systems
• Preparing interest statements
• Identifying & exploring any unusual variations in balances

In order to be considered you WILL demonstrate:-

• Good Excel and Windows skills
• Good written and communication skills (stakeholder management important in this role)
• A degree in Finance/ Real Estate/ Business/ Accounting
