Land Buyer, West London, Up to £70,000 pa (Base) & Performance Related Bonus

A privately owned residential developer based in West London is looking for a Land Buyer to focus on high end residential led developments across London.

My client has completed in excess of £30m of developments since inception (GDV range from £250K to £10m).

Following a successful track record delivering smaller schemes the client focusing on larger residential led developments.

As the Land Manager you will be responsible for:-

• Working alongside the Directors
• Networking with agents and landowners direct sourcing sites off market
• Liaising with all stakeholders
• Keeping up to date with the local market

In order to be considered the Land Buyer WILL:-

• Have a successful track record of delivering on sites from inception to completion
• Have the ability to work on your own initiative
• Be results driven
• Be comfortable approaching existing network and growing this contact book

This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from a Housing Association/ House Builder/ Residential- led Developer to join an established mid-sized developer with finances in place to roll this out.
