PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR LONDON
£25 – £30 PER HOUR INTERIM ROLE
Beach Baker is helping a leading private practice to attract a property manager into a thriving team in the West End.
Candidates will have strong property management experience. You will work with a range of clients and assisting new properties to come into exciting and active portfolios.
You will be required to undertake property inspections and attend client meetings. You will prepare client reports and be able to read and summarise leases. You will be used to capturing data on management systems; managing lease event dates and handling lease renewals, rent review and lease expiries. Candidate will have experience of working with service charge budgets and service charge reconciliations.
Ideally candidates will have a strong proven track record in property management; be a team player and enjoy providing leading property management services to interesting portfolios and clients.
