In House Commercial Valuer

A unique and highly interesting role for a RICS registered Valuer to join a 100 year old organisation as In House Commercial Valuer.

This is the first time the organisation has identified and recruited for a valuer to work in house and are doing as part of a wider framework to allow them to grow further in the short and medium term future. There is no business development of fee expectation on this role as this is dealt with by the wider organisation.

The property base is UK wide but their base is near to Birmingham. You will be required to produce valuation reports for a wide variety of commercial properties including office, retail, healthcare and industrial. Previous experience in all is a benefit but the role does allow the opportunity to learn and develop.

This role reports into Director level and as the organisation grows in accordance with their plans then there will be the requirement for a valuation assistant to report into this post.

It is assumed the successful candidate will work 1 day a week in the office with the remainder of the time at sites although this is flexible.

You will be MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer and be comfortable in working UK wide with overnight stays where necessary.
