The successful candidate will:
- Lead and grow the existing Building Consultancy team
- Have strong client relationships and be able to generate new work
- Have experience of working with major funds, developers, landlords and commercial property occupiers
- Provide a broad range of professional and project management services
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level candidate to establish themselves in the local market by working for a leading practice. They will be joining a growing national team of over 50 Building Surveyors and Project Managers and relocating candidates will be strongly considered.
