Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this well-regarded and long-established private practice in Kent to attract a graduate surveyor to join its small and friendly team.

This independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land and Estate Agents, Valuers and Planning Consultants operates throughout Kent but also has clients further afield.

With a long history in the region, the firm is renowned for its general agricultural practice providing professional advice to a range of land and property owners and farmers in addition to a growing commercial side of the business.

This role provides a great opportunity to be trained in a wide and varied general practice role, where you will work closely with two leading, MRICS qualified Partners. The firm is well-equipped to provide support to ensure candidates are able to progress through their APC and provide ongoing CPD.

You will be trained to handle a range of agricultural, commercial and residential matters which will include; property management/refurbishment/maintenance, crop loss and disturbance compensation claims, valuation of a range of asset types/sites, sales/lettings/acquisitions, lease and license renewals and planning applications.

Candidates should have an MRICS accredited degree, be self-motivated and a strong team player. You will also have a full, current and clean driving licence and access to you own vehicle.
