Graduate Surveyor – Bristol

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Graduate Surveyor, on behalf of a well-respected consultancy in Bristol.

The role will involve a large amount of Landlord and Tenant work, dealing with Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, within a specialist sector. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, working closely with the Directors in the business, allowing experience to be gained from other service lines, such as; Agency/Acquisitions, CPO and Red book valuations. You will work with and liaise directly with clients within the South West and further afield, predominantly on behalf of Occupiers/Tenants.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree, with some commercial property experience, preferably dealing with professional valuation or L&T work. Whilst the role is based in Bristol, the successful candidate will be expected to travel further afield to service client requirements.
