Beach Baker are pleased to recruit for a real-estate graduate, who is keen to pass their APC in order to become a Property Management Surveyor within a recognised regional company.
This firm offer a wide range of professional services, including valuation, agency and commercial and residential property management.
The candidate will report directly to a Partner, and will handle a wide range of commercial properties. Consequently, the candidate must be engaged and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn. Additionally, the candidate must have a full clean UK driving license and a RICS-accredited property degree. Property Management experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
In return is a salary between £18,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience).
