Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor – Leicester

Beach Baker are seeking a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor who has gained surveying experience in either the private or public sector, to join a consultancy in their growing office in Leicester.

The company have been going for over a century and are renowned for offering a quality and multi-disciplinary service to a wide variety of clients, including those in the leisure, healthcare and education sectors. They provide project management services from inception to completion and pride themselves on assisting the client in achieving the best-possible results, ensuring their high percentage of repeat business.

The candidate:

• Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor
• Ideally will have consultancy experience
• Building surveying / project management background
• Motivated to complete their APC
• Clean driving license

Remuneration:

The salary offered ranges between £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience), plus a variety of other benefits.
