The firm are well established within the South West, offering its client base a wide array of services including; Valuation/Landlord & Tenant, Property Management and of course Agency.
The successful candidate will be joining a reputable Cardiff office and its Agency team. You will be dealing with and supporting on several Agency instructions at any one time. This will include the Acquisition and Disposal of; Retail, Office and Industrial assets, amongst other commercial asset classes. The successful candidate will also be dealing directly with clients; therefore, you will have good communication skills and capable of taking the initiative.
It is also anticipated you’ll have some Property experience, perhaps alongside a RICS accredited degree.
