VALUATION SURVEYOR EXETER OR BRISTOL
My client is seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join its friendly and busy team to work from either its Exeter or Bristol office.
You will handle a variety of matters, primarily based around commercial valuations and will also handle landlord and tenant and business rates work. The firm has a broad service offering, including development, leisure and healthcare.
You would be joining a large, vibrant a successful South West practice, which has offices strategically placed across the region enabling it to offer an outstanding service to its South West client base.
Candidates can be based out of either location and living anywhere within this region covered by this highly professional and forward thinking firm. You will enjoy working with the systems and individuals of a modern and dynamic firm.
Candidates will be RICS qualified and ideally experienced in a broad range of general practice matters.
