GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR BRIGHTON
A large and highly successful private practice has asked Beach Baker to assist with recruiting an experienced general practice surveyor, with a focus on property management.
This is a varied role which will enable you to deal directly with clients and tenants handling property management activities but, as this is a general practice surveyor position, you will also have the opportunity to handle a range of tasks, including landlord and tenant and general practice work.
Candidates will ideally be RICS qualified but this is not essential. The most important skills are a good and broad experience within a general practice surveyor position, with landlord and tenant experience (including for example managing arrears).
You will maintain databases and budgets; undertake rent reviews and lease renewals and work across other internal professional streams, for example agency and valuation.
